From the Registration application, Wisconsin users can do the following:

• Add/Remove Participants to a Registration
• Copy a Registration
• Create a Registration
• Manage Testing Codes
• Edit Designated Supports and Accommodations from Registration
• Export Registration Details
• Identify Participants not in Registrations
• Regroup Participants into a New Registration
• Use the Registered Student Tab
• Update Test Monitoring
• Print Tickets and Rosters
• Registration Statuses
• Unlock locked tests

Notes

• “Participants” in Registration are the same as “Students” in other parts of DRC INSIGHT.
• District and School Assessment Coordinators use the Registration application to associate participants with assessments.
• Users with permissions to Registration can see only participants that are enrolled in their district/schools.
• Participants are added to the Portal from the nightly processing of student data from the Student Information System (SIS), Participants and Registrations File Import, or manually in Participant Management.
