Verify Student Transfers and Withdrawals

As districts update their local SIS to add and withdraw participants, DACs/SACs can verify this information on the Transfer Report and Actions page. It’s important to remember that the DRC INSIGHT Portal is updated overnight and not throughout the day. Complete the following steps to verify your student transfers and withdrawals:

1. From the My Applications menu, click Participant Management.
2. Click Select a Site and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code. Click Save.
3. Confirm the correct Academic Session is selected in the Academic Session drop-down.
   • Note: This will default to the current year.
4. Expand the left panel by clicking on the Open button.
5. Select Transfer Report and Actions.
6. The Transfer Report and Actions table will populate and include helpful information such as Type, From Location, Status Updated and more.
   • Note: You can narrow the selection of participants by Name or WISEID, Status, Type, and/or Date Range by using the filters on the left.

If there is a session with a status of In Progress for a school that is not part of your district, the DAC or SAC should contact Wisconsin Help Desk to obtain the username and password for that specific registration.
