Testing codes or special circumstance codes are managed within Registration. Users need the Registration – Edit Testing Codes permission to apply testing codes.
There are two methods for managing testing codes.
Method 1: Update testing codes from the View Registrations tab
- From the My Applications menu, click Registration/Test Tickets, and click the View Registrations tab.
- Click on the Registration Name for which you want to manage testing codes.
- In the Action column, click the vertical ellipsis (three dots) next to the student you wish to edit, which will open a pop-up menu. Select Testing Codes.
- Select Testing Codes from the menu. Then select the appropriate special circumstance from the dropdown menu and click Save. Click Cancel to return to the previous screen without applying testing codes.
Method 2: Update testing codes from the Registered Participants tab
- From the My Applications menu, click Registration/Test Tickets, and click the Registered Participants tab.
- Search for the participant by first name, last name, or AKSID.
- In the Action column, click the vertical ellipsis (three dots) next to the student you wish to edit, which will open a pop-up menu and click Save. Select Testing Codes.
- Select Testing Codes from the menu. Then select the appropriate special circumstance from the dropdown menu. Click Cancel to return to the previous screen without applying testing codes.
