Cancel a Registration

Users must have the Registration – Add/Edit permission to cancel a registration.

A Registration can only be canceled if none of the participants assigned to it have started testing.

To cancel a registration, do the following:

  1. Select Registration/Test Tickets from the My Applications menu, and then select View Registrations.
  2. Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code. Click Save.
  3. Click on the Registration you want to edit in the Registration Name column.
  4. Click Cancel Registration. A pop-up window will appear, asking to confirm the cancellation of the registration.
  5. Click Submit to proceed with the cancellation, or Close to return to the previous screen without cancelling the registration.
           Note: Once a registration is cancelled you cannot reverse this action.
  6. A confirmation message will display stating the registration has been successfully cancelled. Once the registration is cancelled, the participant(s) assigned to it will no longer be associated with its assessments.
