Users must have the Registration – Add/Edit permission to cancel a registration.
A Registration can only be canceled if none of the participants assigned to it have started testing.
To cancel a registration, do the following:
- Select Registration/Test Tickets from the My Applications menu, and then select View Registrations.
- Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code. Click Save.
- Click on the Registration you want to edit in the Registration Name column.
- Click Cancel Registration. A pop-up window will appear, asking to confirm the cancellation of the registration.
- Click Submit to proceed with the cancellation, or Close to return to the previous screen without cancelling the registration.
Note: Once a registration is cancelled you cannot reverse this action. - A confirmation message will display stating the registration has been successfully cancelled. Once the registration is cancelled, the participant(s) assigned to it will no longer be associated with its assessments.
