Configure a Registration for Test Monitoring

Registrations can be configured to use Test Monitoring in multiple ways. Test Administrators can manually configure Test Monitoring when creating the Registration, or they can edit an existing Registration.

Manually Configure Test Monitoring When Creating a Registration

To manually configure  for Test Monitoring when creating the Registration, do the following:

  1. From the My Applications menu, click Registration, and click the  Create Registration tab.
  2. The Test Monitoring field determines whether participants will be required to enter a monitoring code before beginning the test. This field defaults to None. Change it to Optional or Required.
  3. If Test Monitoring is Required, toggle Restricted Access to On (slide to the right) or Off (slide to the left).  (see Test Monitoring Test Session Configurations on the Test Monitoring Overview page).
  4. When you are finished editing the Registration, click  Register to save your changes.

Result

The Test Administrator can now use Test Monitoring for the Registration.

Configure Test Monitoring for an Existing Registration

To configure Test Monitoring for an existing Registration, do the following:

  1. From the My Applications menu, click Registration, and click the  View Registration(s) tab.
  2. Click on the Registration Name you want to configure.
  3. Click  Edit Registration.
  4. None is automatically selected in the Test Monitoring field. Change it to Optional or Required.
  5. If Test Monitoring is Required, toggle Restricted Access to On (slide to the right) or Off (slide to the left).  (see Test Monitoring Test Session Configurations on the Test Monitoring Overview page).
  6. When you are finished editing the Registration, click  Confirm.

Result

The existing Registration is now configured to use Test Monitoring.

Update Test Monitoring

Within View Registrations there is the option to update test monitoring for one or more registrations.

  1. Click the checkboxes next to the Registration Name column for all Registrations you want to update.
  2. Click Update Test Monitoring.
  3. Select the Test Monitoring option.
  4. If Test Monitoring is Required, toggle Restricted Access to On (slide to the right) or Off (slide to the left).
