Introduction to Registration

From the Registration application, users can do the following:

• Register Participants for an Assessment
• Add/Remove Participants to a Registration
• Cancel a Registration
• Copy a Registration
• Manage Testing Codes
• Edit Accommodations from Registration
• Use the Registered Student Tab
• Update Test Monitoring
• Print the Paper Based Assessment
• Print Tickets and Rosters
• Export Registration Details
• Unlock locked tests

Notes

• “Participants” in Registration are the same as “Students.”
• District Test Coordinators use the Registration application to associate participants with assessments.
• Users with permissions to Registration can see only participants that are enrolled in their district/schools.
• Participants are added to the Portal via the Participants and Registrations File Import or manually in Participant Management.
• Users with access to a particular Testing Program have access to ALL registration windows associated to the Testing Program.
