Create a New Registration (GAA 2.0)

To create a new registration, do the following from the Create Registration tab:

  1. Select the Registration Window that you want to work with from the Registration Window drop-down.
    • Note: If there is only one active Registration Window it will be pre-selected, and you will not be able to change windows.
  2. Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code.
    • Note: Once a site is selected, the button changes to Change Site.
  3. Enter a Registration Name in the Registration Name field.
    • Note: It is recommended to use the student’s name as the Registration Name.
  4. Click Select Participant(s).
  5. Select the student for which to create the registration from the Available Participant(s) window. Click Add.
    • Note: Only one participant can be added to a registration.
  6. Click Select Assessment(s).
  7. Select the assessments the student needs to be registered for on the Select Assessment(s) window.
    • Note: A student can only be registered once for each assessment. Only available assessments can be selected.
  8. Click Add.
  9. Click Register to complete the registration. You will see a confirmation message indicating that your Registration was successful.
  10. Close the Registration Confirmation message. This registration will now appear under the View Registrations tab.

After creating a new registration, you will have to assign the correct Teacher to the registration. See Teacher Assignment.
