Cancel a Registration (GAA 2.0)

To cancel a registration, do the following from the View Registrations tab:

  1. Select the Registration Window that you want to work with from the Registration Window drop-down. Note: If there is only one active Registration Window it will be pre-selected, and you will not be able to change windows.
  2. Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code.
    • Note: Once a site is selected, the button changes to Change Site.
  3. Find the applicable registration using the search filters or by sorting the columns.
  4. Click the Registration Name link. This will open the Registration Details screen.
  5. Click Cancel Registration.
  6. Click Submit to submit the cancellation, or Close to return to the previous screen without cancelling the registration.
    • Note: Once a registration is cancelled you cannot reverse this action.
  7. A confirmation message will display stating the registration has been successfully cancelled. Once the registration is cancelled, the student assigned to it will no longer be associated with its assessments.

Each assessment/content area will need to be cancelled separately. To cancel all assessments/content areas, repeat steps 5-7 for each registration. Note that registrations with a testing code applied cannot be cancelled.
